Bomb scare in Panama City

At 8pm tonight a security guard found a bomb in a phone booth outside a special detention center for extra hardened criminals awaiting trial. This place is about 5 minutes walk from my apartment. The police managed to disable it and remove it. I suppose the papers will have more info in the morning.

They moved the 30 or so “alleged” thugs to somewhere else. A police spokeswoman said that all the 30 inmates are very serious criminals in the gang community so it could have been any one of them really that was being liberated.
