Myths about religion in the United States

There always lots of myths that people from all parts of the political spectrum like to throw in peoples heads. These myths are mostly accepted as gospel.

Needless to say this breaks a few myths that people have. Of course according to most Europeans view of the US the entire map would be dark red.
