The Fidel Comedy News Network
November 07, 2005Some people like to watch the Daily Show, The Simpsons or South Park when they want a quick laugh. Me, I prefer Prensa Latina which is news in English from the universe with an alternate reality called the Workers Paradise of Cuba.
Since Fidel finally got some financial backing from his little culito Hugo in Venezuela, they have become even bolder in their statements. See for your self this article about Bush’s visit to Panama) .
Numerous scathing e-mail messages raging against US President George W. Bush filled the Internet Friday, anticipating the US President´s visit to Panama.
It really must have been a slow news day in Havanna. Lets ignore the fact that 95% of Panamanians are very pro US and that George and his dad are actually very popular they say:
Panamanian civic, political, university and social forces have united against the Bush stopover of 24 hours from Brasilia on Sunday, after his attendance at the Americas Summit in Mar del Plata, Argentina.
Who do we actually have here? We have as always the revolutionary students, who probably count 19. We have their friends the students the high school on the other side of the road from the university, who are always happy to join in a demonstration if they can get out of school and rob people stuck in their cars. Oh, I forgot the construction trade union who always like a day off from shouting obscenities at women passing by their building site. Is that all? I think that pretty much sums them up. I think they would be hard pressed to max 500, unless they offer free lunch which they have been known to do before.
So who is against the demonstrations? Well basically the rest of Panama, which of course the international reporters don’t mention. The taxi drivers who would gladly help the police to clean these fools up, the students who are paying their own way through uni and would like to finish one day if it wasn’t for the idiot revolutionaries, the business people and city council workers who have to clean up afterwards.
