Strange things happened during the Bush visit

Last night and all day it is like I’m in a strange country that looks like Denmark, sounds like Denmark, but couldn’t possibly be Denmark. Why? The press has been uncanningly close to being positive towards President Bush. Apparently now the normally evil, fascist, gulag promoting US Dictator Bush is actually the funny, charming, straight talking, intelligent, well educated friend of Denmark.

The Danish press is way more left leaning than the population as a whole and there is normally a competition in who can spout the wittiest anti Bush venom. I am glad that the Danish public, who is enamored with the most corrupt president in recent history (Clinton), have finally been offered a slightly more human look at the president. Of course we all know it goes back to the same leftist retoric tomorrow.
