When can we book a night at The Lost Liberty Hotel

June 29, 2005

Legal hacking at its absolute best. Logan Darren Clements has sent a request to the Towne of Weare, New Hampshire to build a Hotel on a property owned by Justice Souter.

This would of course require the use of the new Eminent Domain ruling by the US Supreme court, which Justice Souter voted for.

New Hampshire is a notoriously Libertarian state. I used to live there myself. Clements just needs 3 of the 5 people on the board of selectmen to vote for it and it will get off the ground. This is a distinct possibility in a small town in the State of New Hampshire.

Go for it. And I for one will book a night or two there next time I’m in the Freedom state.
